Originally from Quebec, Stephanie Descoteaux is a creative and passionate entrepreneur committed to sharing her knowledge and expertise to empower others.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in finance and personal development with businesses and has launched several successful companies.

Currently, she is the Director of Calculated Approach Consulting Inc., a company that offers training and coaching in accounting and financial literacy to businesses. Stephanie uses the Colour AccountingTM framework to deliver transformative and innovative technology to empower people to communicate clearly, take effective actions and leadership in their personal or business finances.

Stephanie is highly committed to personal growth, self-fulfillment and having power as we navigate through life. Her mission is to help individuals accomplish what matters to them and live a life of abundance and freedom.

Helen Byer

Helen grew up in the Vancouver, BC area, and moved to Kelowna, BC in 2018.

She is passionate about people discovering where they have options in any area of life. This includes finance, health and wellness, personal development, parenting, education, and much more!

She is detail-oriented and enjoys data entry, proofreading, and developing systems and processes, as well as collaborating & supporting others. She is excited to be working with this team to create fantastic workshops for young entrepreneurs, supporting them to be successful in business and in their lives!
